As a loan applicant, you must be 18 years of age * and meet the following requirements:
  • Stable employment: Minimum employment at current job of 2 months
  • Repayment Ability: Minimum monthly income of $8,000
Submit the following documents during the application process:
  • Residential address proof
  • Disbursement account proof (Necessary for Cashing Out. Monthly statement will do)
  • Additional documentation if necessary: +Commission Based Salary: Minimum recent 3 months of Income Proof, +Real Estate Industry: Minimum recent 6 months of Income Proof
Application evaluations are subjected to a complete analysis of your current financial situation, including your income stability, repayment records, financial score and other details. We evaluate situations on a case by case basis and may exempt certain requirements.
CashQuickPay provides loan amounts from $5,000 to $600,000. Tailor made repayment schedule, from as short as 14 days, to as long as 60 months. Maximum loan amount is determined by your detailed background, including credit score, monthly income, occupation and financial situation.
CashQuickPay does not charge any application fees, guarantor fees, photocopy fees, introductory fees or any fees related. If there are any cancellation, declination or any loans granted, as long as the loans were not accepted, no fees will be charged. This also includes the time charge for loan negotiation or any fees related. CashQuickPay does not hold any hidden fees with high transparency within all our terms. What you see is what you get.
Effective rate is a reference rate estimated based on an annualized interest methodology with a combination of lending rates and other fees and charges. Effective rate is based on the definition as outlined in Money Lenders Ordinance and is used as a standardized annualized interest method across the lending industry by all recognized financial institutions.

Approval Process can be as transparent as:
  • Complete application form online. Usually takes less than 5 minutes!
  • Preliminary approval results will be received within 1 working day via SMS and email.
  • Simply upload the following documents via logging in CashQuickPay website upon approval. (email, WhatsApp, LINE or fax are also welcome)
    • A copy of your HKID
    • Residential address proof
    • Disbursement account proof (Necessary for Cashing Out. Monthly statement will do)
    • Additional documentation if necessary
  • SMS Verification will be sent to your registered mobile number for identity verification via our website or customer service hotline.
  • Successful identity verification, confirm your loan agreement via your mobile
  • Disbursement will be transferred via FPS to designated bank account upon agreement confirmation.
  • All changes and updates must be handled by our customer service specialist. Any changes on your loan amount, tenor or updates on personal information, please email to contactcenter@CashQuickPay.hk or call 3590-6396.
    We assess each loan application based on the credit score on the credit report from TransUnion. If the current credit score falls short of CashQuickPay’s company conditions, we will be left with no choice but decline such application. To improve the result of loan application, please note:
    • Obtain a copy of your credit report, understand your own financial situation then look for room of improvement
    • Reduce or restructure your existing debt immediately
    • Construct budget, start a savings plan, Stick to your future repayment ability.
    We strongly encourage any loan reapplication that best fits your need in the near future!
    Once personal information is shared, a preliminary quotation will be provided. Then you can decide whether submit other supporting documents or complete the application or not.

  • CashQuickPay’s credit scores are based the credit score from TransUnion.
    If your filled application and supporting documents are all submitted during our service hours, preliminary approval result will be ready online for instant review.

    Once your loan agreement has been confirmed and all personal identification has been verified, the loan will be disbursed instantly under normal circumstances. However, the final disbursement may vary depending on individual bank arrangements.
    Monthly principal + Monthly interest = Monthly total repayment amount
    The repayment date is generally set based on 2-5 working days after your payroll date, to ease of sufficient funds within this designated auto-debit bank account.
    • All customers must set up Direct Debit Authorization for using automatic debit as the repayment method. Direct Debit Authorization is an agreement that allows us to automatically debit your repayment from your bank account on the certain repayment day.
    • To set up Direct Debit Authorization, login to your account on http://member.CashQuickPay.hk/en to download the Direct Debit Authorization form. Simply print, sign and send the form back. If we did not receive your Direct Debit Authorization form for 14 days, we will email the Direct Debit Authorization form to your address for your arrangement.
    CashQuickPay does not imply any interest penalties on late repayment, however, a symbolic HK$350 penalty fee will be charged for each late repayment. Late repayments will be notified via email. To avoid any implication on your credit history, please stay on top of your repayments.

    * Income Proof and Address Proof waiver only for loans with the maximum loan amount of $500,000 for customers who fulfil specific credit requirements. Cashquickpay reserves the right to request further supporting documents for loan approval purposes in certain circumstances. Larger loan amounts may be offered to customers who provide further supporting documents. Goverment Issued ID and disbursement account proof are required from new customers for identify verification and loan disbursement purposes.

    # Get Extra Cash instantly – The customer must fulfil specific credit requirements to be eligible. ^ All required application information must be complete and accurate. Final approval is subject to the final submission of all relevant documents and the credit record of the customer. If customers apply during system maintenance period, approval result will be sent via email and SMS after system resumes. ^^ The loan will be transferred via Faster Payment System (FPS) after the loan agreement is signed and the loan is approved. Actual transfer time is subject to each individual bank's transfer service hours.

    Cashquickpay reserves its absolute right on any loan approval decision and any disputes. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English and Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
